Terms of Service

ZhaiBro is a B2B SaaS support operations product for small software teams. Users are responsible for the documents they import, the access they grant, and the replies they approve.

Business use

The service is intended for company support, documentation, workflow, and internal operations use. It is not a consumer messaging service and not a financial product.

ZhaiBro does not provide banking, lending, card issuance, money transmission, stored-value, or payment facilitation.
Users may not present ZhaiBro as a bank, payment processor, card issuer, or regulated financial institution.
Workspace owners must use the service only for lawful business support workflows.

Human review

Generated drafts require human review before use. ZhaiBro does not guarantee that a draft is suitable for external sending or legally sufficient for a particular customer situation.

ZhaiBro does not automatically send external replies to customers.
Reviewers are responsible for verifying facts, policy citations, tone, and any customer-specific commitments.
High-risk or low-confidence drafts should remain pending review until a qualified team member approves them.

Account responsibility

Workspace owners are responsible for inviting users, managing access, keeping credentials secure, and ensuring imported material may be processed by the service.

Customers control which documents they import or delete.
Customers must not upload secrets, payment card data, protected health information, or data they are not authorized to process.
