Self-service billing is not currently enabled on the ZhaiBro website. If a paid subscription is introduced, this page will describe the applicable refund process before payment is collected.

ZhaiBro is not a financial product and does not provide banking, lending, card issuance, money transmission, stored-value, or payment facilitation.

  • The refund policy covers access to ZhaiBro's B2B SaaS support operations product.
  • ZhaiBro does not hold customer funds or issue virtual cards.
